This article reports a case of repairing laryngeal fistula with elastic vascular sling suturing at the Department of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck, Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University. A 62-year-old male patient had a laryngeal fistula after partial supraglottic laryngectomy for laryngeal cancer. After the operation, dressing changes were strengthened and direct suturing failed. After 4 weeks of suturing with elastic vascular sling under local anesthesia, the laryngeal fistula occurred again. Mattress suture was performed and the fistula was successfully closed. Discharged so far review, the effect is good.
