Title : Skull base defect reconstruction after surgery for recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Abstract :

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is a common malignant tumor in southern my country, and its main treatment method is comprehensive treatment based on radiotherapy. However, local in situ recurrence after radiotherapy is still a common event in this disease. Surgical resection has become popular in recent years for the treatment of recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and postoperative wound defect tissue coverage and protective measures for important structures are the guarantee for the success of this operation. This article will introduce the postoperative repair method for recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma for reference by peers.
